For majority of my childhood up until college, I was very physically unfit. My bad habits of drinking 2 litres of soda every day, while spending most of my free time playing video games caught up to me, to the point I would feel weaker. It was a Physical Aptitude Test that triggered me—my run time was horrible and I couldn't do a single push-up. That's what made me decide to do my research and put in the actual work. And that brought me to where I am today: absolutely addicted to getting my daily movement in, in whatever way I can.

I'm a firm believer that practice makes improvement, and even though I don't always aim to hit a personal record each time I go to the gym, I'm proud to say I know 1% better today is leaps beyond where I was yesterday. And that's what I want to impart to my Movers—that life's too short to live it 24 hours on the grind. Go at your own pace, take a break when you need to, and have fun!

Expect to hear basic b songs in my classes as we go through the motions of challenging yet good-for-you movements—trust me, they'll keep all of us pumped and feeling good!
